Keeping in Touch Project
March 2010
Arad has recently been commissioned by the Welsh Assembly Government to undertake a development and piloting project funded by the European Social Fund.
The Keeping in Touch ESF Project aims to aid the further development of ways used to identify young people who are, or are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education Employment or Training), or are missing education (for those who are of compulsory school age). The KIT project is managed by the Children and Young People’s Strategy (CHYPS) Division in the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills.
There will be opportunities for organisations and individuals to participate in the study through a series of workshops as well as pilots of methods of keeping in touch with young people aged 11-25. If you would like to receive further information regarding the study please get in touch via the contact us page.
