Arad is seeking to recruit a researcher who wishes to develop a career within a small, dynamic research company and play a full part in the company’s future growth and development.Arad works on behalf of national and international clients in fields including education and skills; regional development; culture and heritage; children and young people policy; employment and social inclusion. This post offers the opportunity to become involved in a variety of the company’s activities and provides opportunities for professional development and promotion to Senior Researcher level for the right candidate.
As a researcher you will have the opportunity to work on all stages of a project, for example tendering proposals; carrying out literature reviews and telephone interviews and contributing to the writing up of findings and presenting them to clients and other audiences. Other day-to-day tasks could include designing questionnaires; interpreting data, including statistical analysis and assisting with the administration of the office and the company.
